Scope
This policy applies to txpicklecourts.com and information submitted through its contact form, court estimator and 3D court designer. It does not replace the privacy terms in a separate signed project agreement or the policies of a third-party website you choose to visit.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, project address or city, message and project preferences. Estimate and design submissions may include court type, dimensions, existing site condition, colors, sports, fencing, lighting, nets, hoops, equipment, preliminary price ranges and a rendered court image. We may also receive limited technical and security information needed to deliver the website, prevent automated submissions and diagnose errors, such as an IP address, browser details and request timestamps.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare and discuss a project, send requested estimates or saved designs, maintain customer and opportunity records, prevent fraud and spam, operate and improve the website, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not use website submissions to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, health care or access to essential services.
Service providers and disclosures
Website submissions may be processed by GoHighLevel for contact, conversation and opportunity management, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for form protection, and our website hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers process information to perform services for TX Pickle Courts. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, complete a business transaction, or carry out a project at your request.
No sale of personal information
TX Pickle Courts does not sell personal information or sensitive personal information. The website does not currently use personal information for targeted advertising. If those practices change, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law before the new use begins.
Cookies and browser storage
The 3D designer uses session storage in your browser to preserve an unfinished design during the current browsing session. When configured, Cloudflare Turnstile may use browser signals or storage to distinguish people from automated traffic. The website does not currently load Google Analytics or advertising tags. This policy must be updated before those tools are enabled.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and project information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, support a potential or active project, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary with the nature of the inquiry and any resulting agreement. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Texas privacy choices
Texas residents may ask whether we process their personal data and may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy when applicable. You may also ask about or object to a use involving sale, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling. We do not currently use personal data for those three purposes. We will authenticate requests as reasonably necessary and respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.
Requests and appeals
Email hello@txpicklecourts.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line or call 817-518-5066. Describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant record. If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing the same address with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. If an appeal under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act is denied, you may submit a privacy complaint to the Texas Attorney General.
Children
This website is intended for adults planning court projects. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request deletion.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the website, providers or legal requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through a reasonable website notice when required.
