Acceptance and permitted use
By using txpicklecourts.com, you agree to these terms. You may use the website to learn about court services, explore a design, request an estimate and contact TX Pickle Courts about a legitimate project. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through its tools.
Planning tools and preliminary estimates
The estimator and 3D designer are planning tools. A displayed range, saved layout, equipment selection, rendering or email receipt is not a bid, engineering plan, permit document, promise of site feasibility or construction agreement. Pricing and availability can change. Final scope and price depend on site measurements, access, substrate condition, drainage, utilities, structural requirements, selected materials and other property-specific work.
Project agreements
Only a written agreement signed by the applicable parties governs an actual project. That agreement should identify the services, responsible parties, price, payment terms, schedule, exclusions, change process and warranties. Site preparation, concrete or structural work, drainage, electrical work, fencing, permits and association review are included only when the signed agreement says they are included.
Property review and approvals
You are responsible for providing accurate property and project information and for identifying ownership, easements, recorded restrictions and association requirements. Website content does not provide legal, engineering, surveying or permitting advice. Approval and construction requirements depend on the actual address, jurisdiction and scope. Do not begin work from a website rendering or preliminary estimate.
Gallery images, dimensions and colors
Gallery images and saved court previews are illustrative design renderings. They do not represent completed TX Pickle Courts projects unless expressly identified that way. On-screen dimensions, finishes, equipment, lighting and colors may differ from a completed installation because of site conditions, material availability, device displays and ambient light. Confirm all selections in the written project documents.
Your submissions
You retain ownership of photographs, messages and other material you submit. You give TX Pickle Courts permission to receive, reproduce, store and share that material with service providers and project participants only as reasonably needed to respond, prepare a proposal, maintain the project record and perform requested services. Do not submit material you do not have permission to share or sensitive information unrelated to the project.
Website content and intellectual property
The website design, text, graphics, court tools, code and TX Pickle Courts branding are owned by TX Pickle Courts or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may use a saved design for your own project evaluation. You may not copy, sell, publish, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the website or its tools without written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Prohibited conduct
Do not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, submit malicious code, scrape the tools at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person, provide false contact information, infringe another party’s rights or represent an illustrative rendering as a completed TX Pickle Courts installation. We may restrict access or disregard submissions that misuse the website.
Third-party services and links
The website relies on service providers for hosting, email, customer management and form protection, and it may link to independent websites. Their services and content are governed by their own terms and policies. TX Pickle Courts is not responsible for an independent website you choose to visit.
Website availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but content may contain errors and the tools may be interrupted or unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and planning tools are provided as available without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable as construction documents. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TX Pickle Courts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising only from use of, or inability to use, this website or its preliminary tools. These website terms do not limit obligations or remedies stated in a signed project agreement, and they do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Texas law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute involving an actual project remains subject to the dispute terms in the signed project agreement.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms as the website or services change. The updated date identifies the current version. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
